EARLY LIFE
The first few months after Tess' conception, she didn't have a father. The rest of the Behavioral Analysis Unit didn't know where Penelope Garcia was and it was unlike her to just go AWOL. Garcia had in actuality, been kidnapped by an unsub and the unfortunate part was that Garcia was around eight months pregnant with Tess. She had been able to keep everything a secret from the team but knew they would soon find out and at this point she just wanted to be rescued. 

Tess Alvez was born sometime around 3 am after her mother was rushed into an emergency c-section and surgery afterwards. Luckily, Tess survived being born and recovered from her internal bleeding issue. She was rushed to the NICU because she was born premature. 

Garcia awoke from surgery and immediately was frantic and wondering what happened to her baby- the doctors brought Tess out of the NICU and straight to her mom. 

One by one, team members started coming their friend and they met Tess. The last person to enter the room was Luke. While he was glad his crush and colleague was okay, he was shocked Penelope had a kid now. That's when hell broke loose amd Garcia started crying and just had to tell him that Tess was his. Luke was happy from the start. He had a kid. And with the woman he deeply cared about no less! 

NOW
After fifteen years, Tess is in high-school and is living with her loving parents. It's been noted she may go off in the footsteps of her dad, but she happens to be quite the intrepud hacker, as well as an avid gamer, which she no doubt inherited from her mom!
