*My back story*
When I was young, I had a terrible stutter. My grandfather and I would sit down for one hour everyday and I would read him one chapter out of a book and at least three poems, to help my stutter. After a While, my stutter stopped, but I continued to read to him. That is where my love of reading came from. It has carried over for these long years, and now, as I see my little sister grow, I can't help but hope she will discover her love for the book as I have.

My grandparents, and mother are the root of my literacy. Without them, I wouldn't be writing my stories for your entertainment. Literature has opened the doors to so many of my passions. Music, art, drama, and of course, writing, have all originated from my first love, reading. So I thank God for my stutter as a child, because that simple disability of my mouth, has shaped my entire future.

"Touch me, trust me savour each sensation!
Let the dream begin,
let your darker side give in
to the power of the music that I write -
the power of the music of the night ...

You alone can make my song take flight -
help me make the music of the night "
