It's hard to know what to say about myself.  Single parent, occasional insomniac, lover of all life, loves writing, music, Thunderstorms, Doctor Who, rocking out to Led Zeppelin & walking barefoot in the rain.   Can sometimes be prone to rantings, musings, and other psychobabble. lol ;) 

I have a passion for writing and have several stories I will be sharing here in the future.  My writing origins began with poetry and prose when I was 13 (I'm much, much older now), my inspiration for starting down this path was Simon Le Bon from Duran Duran (if that gives you an idear of my age. lol).  I was a MAJOR Durannie back in the day, I figured if he could do it, so could I.  I'm glad I picked up a pen and tried, even if I may or may not be that good at it.

Other musical interests include INXS (I'm on a bit of a Michael Hutchence obsession at the moment), The Beatles, REM, most Classic Rock and Blues ... let's just say my musical interests are wide and varied, with the exception of Country music and Rap.  I like old-school country, I grew up listening to Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins and the like, but what passes for country nowadays doesn't really fall into my tastes.
