Si Neil Vincent Reguila ay isang teen writer sa Ramon Benjamin Sr National High School sa Capiz. A senior high school at walang balak na magka-girlfriend. Neil wrote his novella called The Secret Admirer, the suppose first book sa trilogy ng Welcome To Horrorland. In between his forth year almost in one year noong 2017. Then a novel, Maximum Darkness Concord na meant to be traditionally publish not in Wattpad. He never meant to be a Wattpad author than a force dahil sa age niya na 17 pa lang. So that it means na bawal pa mag-publish o mag-sign ng contract. Even na popular na ng teen authors, wala siyang magawa since Pilipinas ito.
