Geralyn Beauchamp

I'm  Geralyn Beauchamp and I've been making up stories ever since I could hold a pen.  I was a book reviewer for five years back in the 90s and one day an author I knew, (Julia Quinn)  suggested I write a novel. Okay, she dared me! So, what they hey? I thought. And did, just to see if I could. 

When it was done I tossed the book into a trunk where it sat for fourteen years. Then one day a friend asked if I was ever going to do something with it. So I pulled it out of the trunk, dusted it off and started to revise, edit, you know the drill.
 
Time Masters hit the books store shelves Christmas Eve of 2007. I was working on the second book when sadly, the economy took a turn for the worst and my small press publisher closed their doors as so many others did during that time. So, back in my hands, the book sat some more, until one day I discovered how to turn Time Masters into an e-book and put it on amazon. The results? Well, it made me gas money.  I suppose I should have done something like promote it. Duh! Instead of letting it just sit there. Poor book.

Now here's the fun part. I'm now the author of over 55 books. Are they science fiction time travels like Time Masters? No, most are historical western romance! Is Geralyn Beauchamp writing them? No. They're written under Kit Morgan. Who is Kit Morgan? Why, she's Kitty Morgan, my Time Master heroine's BFF! Doggone if she doesn't have more books out than I do! And she's a fictional character! Now how did that happen? I have no idea really, but it did and there it is. So in essence, I can now say I write historical western romance with a twist. The twist being that I'm a fictional character. Or at least Kitty is.
