Trailer POV:
“I thought…that what we had…would have brought us closer”
Kanao’s words of disappointment trailes off as we see Tanjiro, half of his mask was destroyed, he was laying on the ground as he attempts to picks himself up with his claws sinking through the floor
“I thought out of anyone in this stupid school, that I could trust you.”
The raging fox silhouette behind Tanjiro snarls as the scene cuts to Zenitsu falling through the air in the middle of a thunderstorm while Nezuko sheds a tear for him.
“But you’re just like the rest of them…you lied to me Tanjiro Kamado.”
The scene cuts to Inosuke fighting against a mysterious foe, who blocked both of his blades with a pair of Chinese butterfly blades.
“I wish…”
The next scene was with Kanao struggling to stop a blue flaming blade from running into her eye.
“I wish..”
The Final Cut scene is with Genya bruised and bloodied on the floor, his entire body was also sliced at to the point where he can die from blood loss. All while a familiar red flaming blade was dragged beside him, as it drags across the top of his wrist, and was lifted up into the air. “ Your shooting hand”. The fear in Genya’s eyes can be seen as the sound of screams filled the room.
“I wish I never came back for you”.
