Hi, I read the thing you write about insomnia, I've had insomnia since I was six, so I'm gonna try and help. 1. Find a song or stream or video that you like, then hide your device under your pillow , so you can only hear it. It'll take a while, but after about two weeks, your brain will know that when the stream/song plays it's time to relax. It might not always work but it's helped me.
          2. Try and figure out what's stopping you sleeping, or what started it. I'm gonna tell you my story quick. So my mums job means she has to go away alot and when I was six, I would stay up till like midnight waiting for her, and now my brain is wired to go to sleep really late. But if you figure out what's going on it can help.
          3. Make sure you have a setting around you that makes you feel comfortable. E.G, make sure you have a comfortable bed, or if there's something that makes you feel uncomfortable when your trying to sleep then sort it out. Make sure that when your in bed, the stuff you can see whilst laying down is stuff that makes you happy.
Lastly 4. Try to have a routine, try to go to bed at roughly the same time, try and wake up at roughly the same time and have a routine before you go to bed, like if you do skincare, make sure to do the same thing every night.

I know it's not easy, and I've struggled with it a lot, but there are good nights and bad ones, just try and make sure your close friends are aware, so that if your tired, they can do things to make you feel better
Hope this helps, and I love your stories <3
