My name is Treesong.  I'm a father, husband, author, talk radio host, and Real-Life Superhero. I write fiction, nonfiction, and poetry, mostly about the climate crisis and climate justice.

So far, I've published three novels, one short story anthology, one poetry collection, and many shorter works. You can find information about all of these published works, as well as my climate change bookshop and climate resource center, on my website.

Why do I write about climate change? Writing climate fiction, nonfiction, and poetry lets me combine three of my greatest passions: reading, writing, and taking action for climate justice.

What's my radio show about? Take a wild guess! Hint: it's climate justice. And related topics. And local event announcements. All with a sense of humor. Which is hard work when it comes to climate change!

Why do I call myself a Real-Life Superhero? There's a whole movement of people who adopt superhero personas in real life to inspire themselves and others to do good for their communities. This often involves providing direct hands-on aid to those in need through street outreach to the unhoused, neighborhood watch patrols, food drives, and so on. My Real-Life Superhero work mostly centers around climate justice advocacy, though I do sometimes engage in more "traditional" Real-Life Superhero work.
