Hey, Im Taiyo. And before you ask, no I wasnt born here in Konoha. Hell, Im not even from the Land of Fire. My homeland? Oh uh.... Well. The village I was born to is nothing but an icy ruin these days, but if you insist I can tell you a little bit about it. Lets see. Well for starters, Yukigakure is way far north, in a vast arctic tundra riddled with geysers and sulfur springs.  It'd get battered by crazy blizzards on pretty much a weekly basis. We had ways of getting around the village in such weather. Which I wont disclose to you at this time. We really relied on Trade for a lot of things, so most missions we got would consist of protecting merchants or trade caravans as they passed through Blizzard Country. Huh? Oh you want to know about our training methods? Well, seeing as Im the last of what was the Hidden Snow Shinobi and one person cant rebuild a village on their own... Oh fine I'll tell you! Just stop with the kicked puppy look.  Okay so for the most part, during our academy days Hidden Snow Nin would study maps, learn the terrain and the best places to shelter in the events of a snowstorm while on a mission. Once you'd graduate from the academy you and possiby one other genin would be assigned to a Jonin for further training. My Sensei was actually my aunt, and before you ask that reduced my freebie count to zero. She was known for harsh training methods, and I was no exception. She taught me about the History of Yukigakure, how it was founded, major events and all that jazz. And well, Chunin exams for us were more about surviving in the wild rather than testing our Shinobi skills. We got basic training as Genin, before we'd go on missions we'd train a couple days in advanc, keep ourselves sharp. Oh you want to know how it... *sigh* Okay. My Sensei and I were assigned to take out a group of Bandits in a Glacial Pass that was the primary route into Blizzard Country from the south. When we got back.... the village was destroyed and... Well. Nobody Survived.
