Oh boy...The about me section...Hmm, where to start? I'm 33 years old, married with two sons. They make waking up in the morning a little more blissful each day. I work for a banking corporation (is it time to retire yet?) on the graveyard shift. It's actually not that bad, its where I get most of my writing done.

I had a moment in my life that I thought I would never be able to recover from. My wife was pregnant with my son at 25 weeks. She had a Grand Mal seizure while we drove home from a friend's house. I truly believed she was taken from me in that moment. The way her body contorted are images I, unfortunately, will never be able to forget. Somehow I didn't kill us (My superior driving skill!) getting to the hospital. The doctors informed me that she had sudden Eclampsia. Usually when this condition is found in women while they're pregnant, it shows some sort of signs, Jaime's did not. They did an emergency C-section and my son was born at 25 weeks. 1 lbs 7 oz. 112 days he spent in the NICU. We watched him grow from being able to fit in my palm, to a chunky, happy, loving...You get the point! 

They are the inspiration to my first work on this site "Wings of the Chosen"
