I am an ordinary person like you, her or even him. I also live in this fucked up world called earth. Life has to many worries, responsibilities, hatred, disappointments, obstacles and uncertainty. I'm afraid of the future and can't trust people around me. I'm lonely. To escape this form of reality I choose to run away to the different kinds of worlds I can experience in many books. I can fly thru the air, sail the seas, travel magical lands, meet wizards or witches, deal with Gods or Goddesses, understand animals and nature, become a hero or heroine, meet mystical creatures, ride dragons, become a sports ace, save the world, planets or universes, travel time, solve murders and mysteries, exorcist demons, walk in dreams, meet exterrestrial beings, capture monsters and ghosts, wield powerful swords in vicious swordfights, experience the perfect love story, fight along your favorite superpowered beings, control wondrous abilities, become a prince or princesses, discover unimaginable myths and legends, travel to Atlantis or Neverland, and many many more. I, raptured by crisp pages of a book or even the the enchanting new book smell. Even reading a fresh book outside with warm tea is a paradise to me. Being lost in the world that's in the palm of your hand is where I want to be. Let my imagination wander and fantasize. Let me escape. Let me experience. Let me be happy, sad, angry, frightened, mystified and much more. ♡
