Unearthed Chronicles Mission Statement



Unearthed Chronicles strives to use modern geopolitical and geographical boundaries to define the setting of a story. This derives a sense of truth not typically seen in a fantasy or high-fantasy written work. At Unearthed Chronicles we look to spotlight and publish stories of a post-apocalyptic, high-urban fantasy genre.

Post-Apocalyptic being defined as referencing a time period during or after a great societal upheaval or cataclysmic type event not limited to or excluding; geographic catastrophe, political revolt, or extra-planar invasion. 

High-Urban Fantasy references urban fantasy genre, not limited to or excluding a humanoid interaction with any or all of the following; elves, dwarves, dragons, wyverns, animal humanoids, beasts and creatures of a natural disposition.
