Vernon JB Pohl

Living in a small town on the border of South Africa, my journey began with a failed suicide attempt and severe mental health complications that drove me to the brink of insanity. Every day, I am haunted by my mental health instability, but I persist, knowing that the journey will get easier with time, though never truly fade away.

In the past, I sought solace in alcohol and substances to quell the incessant war within my mind, which only led to my downfall. My sanity left a trail of destruction, alienating family and friends and causing me to forfeit everything I held dear.

It was then that I realized a drastic transformation was necessary. I began to rebuild my life from the ground up and founded a business dedicated to spreading mental health awareness, offering hope to those who may be struggling with similar challenges.

In retrospect, my journey has taught me that life is a perpetual cycle of highs and lows. It is our response to these challenges that define who we are and who we become. Through my work, I hope to inspire others to persevere through their struggles, knowing that hope and transformation are always possible.
