Be the rainbow after someone's thunderstorm. 
You never know what the person sitting next to you on the bus/train back home must be going through. You may never know that your neighbour has eating disorders and starves herself just to look "pretty" for someone, not, at least, until she lies on a hospital bed looking up at you with hopeless, sunken eyes. You may not know that the most handsome boy at your school is also the one who cuts his skin to relieve the emotional pain caused by the hateful and racist comments on his Instagram page. You might think this isn't true, but every time you say something negative to a person, it kills them emotionally. Your words are the knives driving into their soul, twisting around to cause profound pain and joy to pour out, never to be seen again.

If you are one of those victims, NEVER THINK THAT YOU ARE WORTHLESS AND/OR UNLOVED AND UNCARED FOR. There are a lot of people around you who care for you in invisible ways, you just have to look deeper to find it. Those who hide their encouragement behind rough words only realise the intensity and importance of their love when the best thing in their life - you - is gone. Everyone is fighting their own battle, and we fighters all have scars. No matter what you're going through, we're all in this together. You aren't alone in this world.
