I am back to writing again. Life news update I AM 19 AND A MEDICAL ASSISTANT. this is so exciting. I will be back doing my diet dairy but also will be writing other things. Hello wonderful and beautiful humans. I unfortunately got news from my doctors. Last week I went to the hospital due to pain on my upper right abdomen. The pain had been going for two months and I had been putting it off for school. Until last week when I couldn’t anymore. I got an ultrasound and blood work done. They couldn’t see my gallbladder so they ordered a MRI:
          W/ IV CONTRAST and an EKG. Turns out I have gallstones. Today was when i did the MRI( Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and a EKG (electrocardiogram) done. I also have Bradycardia (slow heart rate). I need to get surgery and guess what! It’s this Friday ahhh. I’m terrified but I know it needs to be done. Which means sadly that I won’t be able to update in a while. I will update you with my health but sadly not the diet. I can show you my recovery journey and what I went through! I hope I didn’t disappoint anyone. I love you guys! I mean it!

For the people who read my diary! Would it be better if i do videos on tiktok or youtube? Im planning to do diets again! Recommend some and ill do them! Even the ones ive done so maybe i can make videos?

I wont be doing the diet for a while since something happened and i need to take care of my body. I was rushed to the hospital because i threw up badly and i couldn’t breath at all. Turned out i was overdose on medicine and i wasn’t eating well. I hope all of you can understand . Anyways im doing fine and im still at the hospital. And No i did not attempt to do anything to myself. I had pain and i took alot of medicine. On top of that my anxiety pill it kinda mixed and did this.
