Sorry friends, just received the most unsettling news. Mary is selling Garden Lodge. It's weird, but I suddenly got a nauseous. I guess it was obvious after the auction, but one hopes.....

@WISHFUL-THINKER10 I hope that whoever gets it at least perserves Freddie's beautiful home. The last thing it needs is to be ripped up by people trying to remodel it.

@WISHFUL-THINKER10 It never occurred to me even when it's at plain sight as you put it. At first I wanted to think about it as decluttering, cruel and raw at some point but whatever. Hopefully some samaritan can get their hands in it and preserve Freddie's memory since those closest to him seem to have turned the page.
