Carpal tunnel acting up in both wrists = no typing AKA no writing for a little while >.<
Super frustrated and hoping it heals up soon, sorry for the delay in updates, I may be able to get some stuff written via mobile so we'll see

I am a fan. I first read your Shadow at the Waters Edge and fell in love with it. Then I found your other works, I just got caught up on the Cutting Edge and am eagerly waiting for you to finish the book. Your characters and story are wonderful and I want to know where Liam and Paige’s story will lead.

WendyHamlet

First of all, thank you so much! I really appreciate it
Unfortunately the Cutting Edge is currently on a hiatus and I’m not sure when I’ll be able to finish it, I’m currently working on several projects that I hope to publish so they have taken over my priorities at the moment :/

The guardian of sands is so nicely written that I am in love with it after reading just three chapters. Keep it up!!!

WendyHamlet

Thank you so much!! I made the mistake of not plotting the entire story out BEFORE I started writing so there are some definite flaws when it comes to pacing/plot but around the middle I think I really nailed down the plot so it definitely gets more consistent!
I'm so glad you're enjoying it so far though! And thank you for leaving a message letting me know, it really means a lot to me and definitely helps to keep me motivated!
I hope you have a lovely weekend :D

Hey everyone!
I've been feeling pretty poorly as of late, and have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to get checked out and see what's up, so that's why I haven't been able to update any of my stories in the past week or so.
However I'm feeling a little better today so I'm going to try and get the next installment of "Moonlit Silhouettes" updated, and possibly work on Guardian of the Sands next chapter as well, sorry for the delay, and I hope you all have an awesome week!

WendyHamlet

Thank you! I appreciate the well wishes :)

Sorry for the inactivity lately!
I've been out of town at a writer's conference and haven't had much free time.
I hope to be back in full swing by Monday so look for updates on "Moonlit Silhouettes" and "Guardian of the Sands" coming soon!

Thanks so much for your patience! Hope you have a great week ^.^

Hi! I just wanted to say I just finished reading Dreamwalker! It was really good and I liked the plot, I haven't read anything like it! Are you starting the sequel anytime soon? I'm looking forward to reading it but I understand if you are to busy with your other books. Again thanks for writing fun stories! (:

KawaiiMartialArtist

You're welcome!! Sorry for such a late reply, for some reason my phone refuses to load comments. '>.<
No problem! Take your time! Life can get crazy busy. I probably should limit myself on reading this semester anyway!
I'll keep my eye out for the sequel! Have fun writing! (:

@KawaiiMartialArtist Waaaaaaaaaah! Thank you so much! I'm so happy you liked it, that really means a lot to me ^.^
I am planning on starting the sequel once I finish one of my other ongoing stories, although I'm not quite sure when that will be so I'm afraid you may have to wait a bit longer :(
But I will try to get my other stories wrapped up soon so I can get started on it!

Hello everyone, sorry for the inactivity recently!

Just popping in to say "The Cutting Edge" will be on semi hiatus for now, I got overwhelmed from how much writing I was having to do and it got to the point where I just avoided writing at all
So to remedy that I will now only be updating "Guardian of the Sands" and "Moonlit Silhouettes" when I can
Once I've finished one of those I'll start writing "The Cutting Edge" again.

Thank you all so much for your patience, I hope to be back to updating once a week soon!

Also a quick side note, leaving comments really helps encourage me to write because it lets me know that people are enjoying the story/looking forward to the next chapter. I'd really appreciate it if you left a comment if you like the story! Even a simple "This is great" or "I like it" makes all the difference :)

SarahBensonBooks

@WendyHamlet I hear ya on the personal stuff. It slammed me too last fall and put me in a funk. Hope everything gets better for you. Hugs!

I will be finishing it, but just not until I finish either "Guardian of the Sands" or "Moonlit Silhouettes" so I don't have so much work to do

I'm hoping that I'll find the motivation I've lost for writing now that I don't have to worry about quite so much work

Sorry I've been absent! Been kind of dealing with some personal stuff too :/

Greetings!

Just wanted to pop in and say an update for Moonlit Silhouettes is on its way, probably going up tomorrow!

Also! I wanted to promote a GREAT story, "The Valiard Mansion" by @EzzyMoneyface

If you like Victorian fiction that has supernatural elements, (which may include: haunted old mansions and grouchy ghosts with sexy hobo beards)
Immortal magicians who just barely managed to make it past puberty (who also like to carry around their Scottish talking pet rat named Dennis)
A bit of romance (with a heartbreaking back story with plenty of angst!)
and just overall one hell of a story, then you should definitely check "The Valiard Mansion" out!

It can't hurt, right? ;) Be sure to give Ez lots of love if you like the story!

Until tomorrow, then! Hope you all are having a wonderful day! Enjoy the weekend!
