Hello everyone! Well, to whoever follows me still and is still actively on Wattpad.  It has been an extremely long time since I posted any thing. I started a non fiction book about my son and his story of prematurity and NICU journey, and then just stopped. As you can imagine, life happens. I have no excuse other than I’m a mom, a wife, and I work full time. But I’ve started to try and start writing again. I’m gonna continue working on non fiction for now. I’ve shelved A Journey of a Thousand Grams. But that is because that story has become much bigger because I have more to tell. I had another baby. My son is 6 now and my new baby, a girl, is 6 months old. Unfortunately she was premature, more premature and a lot smaller than my son was. That journey was extremely hard. We almost lost her. So, I’m combing the stories. I’ve changed the title (for now), to God is in My Story. It will tell both stories, but we will dive deeper into my daughters story. I was in the hospital for a long time with he and her NICU stay was pretty much double what my sons was. There’s a lot more to tell there. I know a lot of Wattpad of YA fiction, but I hope you all give this a chance. It will be a doozy.

I’m reading through your Journey of a Thousand Grams, and it’s helping me understand some of the feelings Mom might have been going through when I was born at 29 weeks gestation. Thanks for having the courage to write your story.

Thank you! I’m sorry I’m just now replying! I don’t get on here much. But I ended up having 2nd baby, and she’s 6 months old now. She was born at 29 weeks, so we’ve had another go around. That journey was much worse than the first time. So after a lot of talking into from my mom and husband I’m writing about that. They talked about it while she was in the NICU, but I was against it because the pain was really raw. But now I’ve started because I think it will help as a form of therapy for myself. I’m gonna combine it with my sons story, so I’ve shelved A Journey of a Thousand Grams, and now working on God is in My Story. I may change the title something similar to the other, maybe a combined total amount of the weight that they gained in the NICU. But that may sound silly compared to the original. We will see! I hope you decide to check out the new story! Thanks again!

So, the new and rewritten first chapter of If I Die is up! Check it out and the prologue if you’ve never read it! I’m pretty excited to be writing this again! I’ve always loved this idea. And I’ve always heard if there’s a book you wanna read that’s never been written, you need to write yourself! I hope you enjoy!

Hi guys! Hope everyone is having a good Monday so far! First thing real quick before I get to the point of this announcement.
          
          On Saturday night I posted chapter 5 of A Journey of a Thousand Grams, so if you have not checked that out yet, please do! I would greatly appreciate it!
          
          Okay, so, in addition to my other work. I’ve decided to bring back one more book. I’ve been working in it a couple days and you all probably don’t remember it. It only had two parts posted for the last few years. I edited the Prologue and scrapped the first chapter I had posted and started over. The book is called If I Die. The book is an idea I got from A Christmas Carol. It’s not exactly the same, there is no ghost of Christmas past, present, or future. What it’s about is a girl who is very self centered, doesn’t appreciate her friends or family. Then a week before Christmas, she dies. But her story isn’t over there. She is now stuck on earth forced to watch her towns reaction to her death. To guide her through her journey, she meets a girl who thinks she doesn’t know. But unfortunately, this girl remembers her all too well. And she isn’t happy about it. 
          
          Either tomorrow or today I will repost the new chapter 1! Check out the prologue!

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! Just jumping on to let you all know that Chapter Twenty of The Girl in the Striped Bikini is going to be posted tonight. Be looking out for it! Also, there is a delay on a new chapter of A Journey of a Thousand Grams. My son is sick and that has kept me from finishing the new chapter. Only reason I have so much done on TGITSB is I have been writing on that during my lunches and breaks at work. Should be up sometime this weekend though!
