Quick status update/vent.
So I was having these weird uncontrollable muscle spasms recently and we finally decided to get them checked out. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect but the doctor said she thinks it’s a sign of depression. I don’t know what to do. Apparently they’re putting me on meds and sending me to therapy. This is honestly really scary and super out of nowhere. I struggled with anxiety a couple years back but I guess I thought I was over that? I know most of you guys won’t car but… idk. Felt worth sharing and idk where else to do it. All I know is I’m sure as hell NOT going to a school counselor.
