I've had an obsession with the world of Urak ever since I played the demo of Lords of Magic back in 1998. The soundtrack by Keith Zizza is the most memorable piece of video game music I've ever heard and I still listen to it today.

I've spend a good portion of my life building upon the Lords of Magic mythology, introducing countless original characters, three versions of a world map, and pages upon pages of material that tells a history that spans three ages.

I've role-played as several characters, created artwork, started and scrapped a number of stories, but now with the encouragement of a few close friends I'm ready to bring you all the tale of Seth Lonewood, an exiled knight that must survive the harsh wilderness of the Straylands and build a new life for himself. Expect a lot of action and psychological trauma! When I first created Seth he was a brute, a murderer, a piece of extra muscle in a RP to help a couple of player characters out of a tough situation. When this throwaway NPC survived and stuck with the party for almost a year, he started to show a softer side. He became a gentle giant, which made me fall in love with him. I was inspired to come up with a backstory, to figure out how he became this barbarian. Origin stories are trendy still, right? Right?!

Anyway, if you love high fantasy, adventure and action this story has a lot of it from the outset. I hope you will enjoy. Please feel free to leave comments and constructive criticism.
