          I'm using chatGPT n it's helping a ton. 
          Just the supervisors are of no help. 

I got selected as a negotiator for a company. 
          I hope I adjust soon and not get disqualified. Money is tight.

          I have some serious medical questions. 

I had an online interview and it went very well. 
          
          I am hoping to get a job at a different place. A hospital because it offers job security. 
          
          Hopefully I get to meet the director soon. 

So I was chatting with my former co worker and I found out that he went to the CEO and told him about all the crap the director has pulled, how people are leaving effective immediately, all the stuff I've mentioned before. 
          
          The CEO ripped the director a new one and forced him to follow company policies. 
          
          They are planning on find a replacement ASAP. 
          
          I got to say good bye properly to my old teammates and we wished each other the best of luck. 
          
          I did feel bad for the HR member, she looked absolutely exhausted. She's a good person but can't do her job cause of the director and his lackies.

@HeavenAscensionDIO gonna be real here. I'm not in the U. S. The work is outsourced to other foreign nations because it's cheap labor. The US laws don't hold up. In the end. I did stop caring once I realized that it's all a scam and the place I worked is linked to various organisations. Reporting them would yield zero positive results. What the average US employe makes in an hour, others make in a day. The exchange rate is something they take advantage of and we hate them for it. 

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE. 
          
          I quit my job. Told HR everything even though they can't do crap. I'm finally free and I blocked my assistant manager so he doesn't bother me again. 

Good news. Solo levelling is giving me ideas for my current story. I knew I was missing something for a character's development. Now I know what to add

MAJOR UPDATE:
          
          As you all know that I haven't uploaded in about a freaking year... The thing is.. To pay for my university tuition. I had to get a full-time job. 
          
          I was.... a telemarketer... I know. You hate them and I hated being one. But it paid for my academic life but I'm officially quitting. I COULD ONLY SLEEP PROPERLY ON THE WEEKENDS. THEY MADE US WORK ON SATURDAYS TOO. THREATENED TO CUT A WEEK'S PAY IF WE DIDN'T COME IN SATURDAY. 
          
          My shitty manager demanded that I come to work but I told him I quit. He freaked out cause telemarketing is brutal most of the time and people were underpaid. They were quitting and he couldn't afford to lose us. I believe that I may have been unknowingly helping them scam people. 
          
          FORGIVE ME!!! I'M SORRY. 
          
          I didn't take my job all that seriously anyways. Never forced anyone to listen to me. I did meet some interesting people tho. People I hope are happy and doing better in life. 
          
          Our HR quit too. Here one day and gone the next. The new HR look like they come right outta high school or college. They never resolved our issues so I stopped caring. All the good people left. 
          
          My university is demanding more and more for our thesis so I need to divert my attention to it. 
          
          I worked on the Medicare campaign. The flex card crap. I knew it was a load of  immediately. NO! I NEVER MADE ANYONE BUY IT. ESPECIALLY THOSE ELDERS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES DUE TO AGE OR BAD HEALTH!! 
          
          I DON'T KNOW IF THE MEDICARE REINROLLMENT IS ACTIVE AGAIN BUT I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!
