Is your dxd story coming back because it’s very good 

Red Vs Blue Restoration was announced to be the final season to end the series with Burnie coming back to write it and Matt directing.
          
          To say I’m hopeful is an understatement, the last 6 years have been miserable for that series, it deserves a high note to end off of.

I’ve been radio silent for a while and I wanted to give the chance to give a small update on what’s going on my end.
          
          Ever since January 13th, I’ve been extremely preoccupied due to landing what is practically a dream job for me and it’s been busy since due to both work and moving. I don’t get that much free time to write and when I do it’s not frequent enough since the free time I do get has been spent more to relax when I’m out of work or to enjoy other hobbies. 
          
          The progress I do have is about 70% done on the first chapter of the new DxD Free Arc and semi fleshed out outlines for the rest of the chapters. And even if I do finish the first chapter of the next arc, I don’t want to release it till other chapters are ready to go with it. I just don’t want to make it feel like such a long absence of waiting for a chapter what could be seen as something minuscule to the overarching plot. I rather be ready to go than feel like I need to rush out a finale like I have done in the past.
          
          I do have some shorts in the works since I get random bursts of inspiration but progress on this aren’t as good. Just simple enough things that I though would be interesting but lose just as much motivation to write those the same week I come up with them.

April fools is probably the only day where people who make the most clinically insane takes can blend in normally with the most dogshit attempts of satire.

Dear god, I hope Emenince of Shadow doesn't get a season 2.
          
          That shit was horrible, just another example of self-awareness doesn't make it funny or interesting.

I’ve never been so lethargic towards the latest RWBY stuff than ever before. 
          
          That Vol 9 trailer just looks like a slog fest and being another Vol 4 in terms of time waste. 

I’m actually surprised Elden Ring won. GOTY. I wanted it to win but God of War clean sweeped most of its nominations.
          
          Not that God of War is bad, it clearly was a good contender, it just was still in its honey moon phase where everyone just played it and no one has really thought about it critically yet.
          
           Also it really should not have won some of those awards. Best soundtrack and audio design really should have gone to other nominations. 

I really want to do a story involving Elden Ring. Done nothing but okay that game with the free time I’ve had. Plus there’s a few ideas I want to use with it.
          
          Vyke and Lansseax are two characters I really want to work with. Could fit in a DxD story but I don’t want to push it since I’m already doing a long term DxD story. I’m still thinking on other alternatives but this is defiantly one I want to tackle in the future.
