Wow, by chance has 200k reads. This is incredible, and thank you to each person who’s given my book a chance, commented, voted or read it. Thank you so much. I never thought anyone would enjoy this story let alone want the second book that I’ve been planning from the start. Thank you so so much, it’s unreal 
          
          One day, in the future, I hope to publish this series and I want to donate a portion of money made off the first book to an organization dealing with some of the issues that arise in the book. It’s something I always said I wanted to do, but I never really thought this book would take off. But one day, if published, thats what I plan to do. 
          
          I’m so excited to share more of Lyra’s journey in By Desire, and I can’t wait to share more stories both in and out of this series.

          Something I’m not sure if readers have recognized but in By Chance, Lyra has a tendency to alter her retelling to make others look better. Such as when she said Emily put a mouse in her locker, it was a rat. Not a mouse. 
          
          
          Definitely more instances of this through the book when being compared to how others retell some parts.

The love and positive I’ve been receiving from ByChance and By Desire has melted my heart and has made me feel so inspired, and as if I’m truly making something people like. Though by chance needs more editing and there are parts I’d like to remove, edit, or add to because they seem a little out of place, but I’m so grateful for the love. 
          
          Thank you so much for reading my stupid little books. I can’t wait to share more By Desire soon, along with more from this universe. Lyra and Sasha have special places in my hearts. But so do Teddy and River.

By Desire is definitely a bit different then By Chance. It’s a bit faster at the start since it is a sequel. The backstories for the past six years are coming! Along with Lyra’s story (I won’t spoil if you haven’t read it yet). Remember to read the tags and warnings please.
