I understand wattpad's concern about the crescent bullying targets on this app, but banning private messages is not the solution, boards are also used for it. Besides, they are taking off such an incredible way for writers and readers to connect and share their thoughts, even create frienddships between users, I used to love to receive messages from my readers, it is heartwarming truly. Instead of censoring, try to take better measures against disgressive behavior from bullies, since us denouncing it is the same as speaking to a brick wall, try for once to listen to your users. It is such a shame wattpad developers lack a brain nowadays.

how are ppl supposed to ask readers for suggestions/edits w/o spoiling it for the entire audience ???? they are literally collapsing their own community, as private messages are a better way to talk abt a story
