           i know some of you are upset about “only you” and where the plot is going. if you don’t want to read the spin-off, that’s completely fine by me, i understand. 
          
          i felt the need to explain myself for why the story is going the way it is. 
          
          i am no longer a fan of logan paul as much as i was when i started the series. i don’t watch him anymore, and i don’t take any particular interest in him and to be honest i just wanted to end the book, but on a note where kayla would go through a struggle, but also be happy. 
          
          i know you’re probably thinking, “why didn’t she just end the story with logan alive?” and that is because i would feel the obligation to give you the story until well.... a very long time. 
          
          i’m sorry if it upsets you, because for some of you it clearly does, and i apologize, but i hope you can understand without any anger.  this is just the way i want the story to go. 
          
          if you decide to read the spin-off, thank you. if you don’t, that’s okay.
