Hi! I'm self-publishing Goliath Fallen soon and I'm documenting the entire process (budgeting, editing, lessons learned, etc.) Subscribe at aclouis.com for updates and show support - it would mean a lot to me! I'll do a cover reveal soon, made by The Witcher series' cover artist Alejandro Colucci.

Let the record show that today, July 4th of 2020, I finished Goliath Fallen's first draft—a chunky 150,000-word draft. This feeling is surreal.

Sorry for the delay on the last part, y'all! I've been deep into writing the last chapters. The good news is that while the schedule might suffer disruptions, you'll get to read the final five chapters (chapters, not parts) in the coming few weeks. So look forward to it! :D

So, I was planning on finishing Goliath Fallen for this year's Wattys... then realized that's in less than two weeks. Will I be able to finish by then? Maybe. But the lesson here is: write an outline. It might save you one day. The fact the remaining chapters are already figured out it's the only thing that makes me believe I might be able to complete it in time.
