hi! i love the way you wrote red ridge and was inspired to make a story that unfolds in a similar multi-perspective way. but i’ve had a lot of trouble feeling like each individual character and storyline is entirely fleshed out. do you ever regret writing the book that way instead of several separate books? basically that’s my current dilemma haha.
Red Ridge was a passion project that was entirely for fun, so no regrets here. It’s for me to write about every little thing I want without focusing on the overall story too much. Maybe one day I’ll go back and edit it to make it a proper book but for now, it’s just a little side project

Sorry for being AWOL this week. I've been struggling to find balance between a new job, life, family, and writing and Red Ridge has taken a back seat for now. I'm going to take a break during the holidays, hopefully get some writing done, and come back fresh in the new year!
I promise I'm not abandoning the story, so please hang tight! (Hopefully I'll be able to wrap it up nicely once I get back because I can feel it approaching a happy ending)
