Alexander (he/they) is a neurodivergent transgender writer with a goal to join other authors in breaking 2SLGBTQ+ from the confines of the "coming out" narrative as the only queer narrative. He also explores darker themes and characters from an empathetic standpoint; there are no 'villains' in his stories, only antagonists. When not procrastinating on writing projects by reading (read: "researching"), he spends his time trying to appease his mischievous cat, Hermione. In 2021, he launched YEGWrites Press and published the group's inaugural anthology volume.

He writes primarily LGBTQ2S+, psychological thriller/horror, and mystery, but also dabbles in scifi & urban fantasy. His publications include The Bolo Tie Collective Vols. IV- VII, Lida Literary Issue 01, Capital City Press Volume 2, and YEGWrites Vol. 1. He also won the 2021 Dr. MacEwan Literary Arts Scholarship and the 2023 Sharon L. Henderson Award.
