Facts about me - I have a heart disease ( which I don't want to talk about ), I have a bleeding disorder and thin blood, I am diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety,  PTSD, and OCD as far as I know right now. 
Yes I cut but I'm trying to stop I just don't know how, I've been hurting myself since I was two years old I would scratch my face, arms, and legs till later on in grade 7 on May. 5, 2014 I used scissors then I stopped and started up again on September. 23, 2014 with a blade and couldn't stop February. 18, 2015 I tried to kill myself, May. 27, 2015 I just made superficial cuts on my stomach, and September. 23, 2015 I tried to kill myself again. This is all I really remember...
