it's third of december

it's december yeeeeeeee 
          just a month before i grow a year closer to death 
          
          
          
          a new fic and a few chapters might be out soon 

- the so-called 'truce' (which meant nothing since sm died during those four days too) is over and israel is back to wiping out palestine. 
          the history of israel and palestine, albeit complicated, is a testament to how israel has been planning to wipe out a country, an entire race from the map. truce, pause, - these words will mean nothing now. soon enough, if we do not continue demand for and achieve ceasefire, the world will bear the mark of shame of the cries of thousands of mothers, the pleas of uncountable children and the pain of hundreds of thousands displaced. if palestine does not survive this, the world will forever live under the veil of embarrassment, of the shadow of indignity, dishonour for the being the cause of death of innocents who didn't ever get a chance to live the life the wanted to.

updates! (& mini rant ig)
          - israel has stepped up its bombing before the 4 day ceasefire. tbh the 4 day truce is NOT enough (it never was). keep speaking, keep demanding ultimate and complete ceasefire. decolonize palestine.
          - al-shifa's director has been arrested by israeli army, so have many of the doctors there. considering the already horrible condition there, this is going to make the health of civilians deplete more than it already might be. 
          
          expelling afghans, especially while afghanistan is under siege of a terrorist group and during the bitter cold winter approaches, was not good. i hope to god all the afghans deported will be safe, my prayers are with them.

          just so y'all know, kids, old people and women are prone to being affected by the war in form of violence, mass r*pe - esp women, leading to unwanted pregnancies and increased health risk, for the parent and the baby, and if abortion is undertaken, it is usually high-risk and unsafe. and, obviously, every victim is going to suffer from psychological trauma.
          
          
          think about the lives that are being ruined in countries suffering from war, think a hundred times, before you support the oppressor. if you are still under the notion that israel is only going after terrorists, you're fucking insane or fucking delusional. the innocents killed were not terrorists. the ten page list of new-borns killed - they were not terrorists.

updates!
          - more than 14,000 palestinians are dead. the lift of the names of the victims goes beyond a hundred pages, and sm of them are children who never got to dream of life. this reminder of children's death does not mean that their death is the only one that's important, bc every life lost is a life that was snatched away by death. but the reminder of number of children dead is a reminder that israel is targetting areas with children. + a reminder that any kid that's about 17-18 years old and in palestine, has lived through 5 wars already. that's about half the population. 
          - approximately 1.5 million palestinians have been displaced and forced to flee to the southern part of the strip.
          - israel has agreed for a four day pause in fighting, but it has also made it clear that this is not the end of the war. however, we don't know if israel is going to keep releasing palestinians hostages once the truce ends. 
          - hamas has agreed to release 50 hostages - children and women - out of the 257 held captured.  in exchange, israel will release 150 women and children taken hostage. the truce may continue to be on for 10 prisoners release by the hamas each day.
          - this truce is a result of intermediation by qatar.
