Amy Pfeffer has lived there all her life. In her youth, she participated in a variety of sports including field hockey, volleyball, basketball, and softball. She has one brother and graduated from high school in the year 2000. She married and had a family while working as a police officer, so she decided to change occupations to something better suited to her new family life and her future plans. Her daughter and her husband currently reside in Western New York, where she also resides.

As a former police officer, Army veteran, and private investigator, she has a unique perspective on the minds of individuals from many walks of life. As a result, she has a deeper understanding of the suffering of folks who are dealing with mental health issues that they have no power over. She has been particularly successful in working with youngsters on the Autism Spectrum over the past four years.

Clients benefit from her experience and expertise as a counselor as she guides them through the process of resolving their own personal problems and overcoming obstacles in their life. Mrs. Pfeffer's life revolves around her professional practice, her family, and the numerous volunteer activities she participates in around the community every day.
