I am so fn mad/sad right now. I work at a Sober Living facility (all men). And in the past month we've lost a former client, a current client (he od'd IN the building) and a former co-worker. The co-worker is actually the news i woke up to this morning.
          Please please, if you are feeling triggered to hurt yourself, or do drugs; reach out to someone. You might think you are only hurting yourself but I can promise there are so many other people affected by your death.
