The worst part of anxiety is the sudden and unexpected weight that’s pressing down on your chest even though you’ve been fine for the past few hours. It’s closing your eyes and seeing every little thing that could’ve gone wrong through the day even though it didn’t. If you’re battling anxiety, depression, or any kind of mental health problems, you’re not alone. You’ll always have a friend in me.
Has anyone else ever burned their face with a metal spatula while cooking because they were lip syncing Frozen songs or is that just me? On a completely unrelated note, don’t use a hot metal spatula as a microphone when lip syncing with your eyes closed... it hurts.
