Fire update:
          	the fire is 5% contained and they haven't increased the evacuation zone yet. I'm starting to smell the smoke and hearing the sirens passing by the house. I did find a live updating map of the evacuation zone. And I'm pretty sure my work is closed. buildings around me have chosen to evacuate but my apartment isn't marked as a zone.

so they increased the evac zone but at least it's not closer to me. Just checked and my work is 100% closed. I love my management, at least they're not going to put our wellbeing at risk for us to get people their food and get yelled at. Sill hear sirens passing every now and again. Fire isn't any more contained and at least 2 firefighters have been injured along with multiple destroyed trucks.

Yesterday at work my manager told me he changed my schedule for next week, but he said it's nothing too crazy.
          
          At the end of my shift, I look at next weeks schedule and I can't help but laugh. His "not too crazy" is more than doubling my hours and days. I usually only work the weekend and maybe Friday.
          
          I'll be working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. My normal 12 hour weeks is now 27 hours (hopefully just for next week but I'm pretty sure we had 2 people quit/ get fired)
          
          This should be fun on top of me juggling school, especially since we have an essay for English and a test in math and science.
