Any advice on how to get more reads on my stories and improve my writing??? I'd really appreciate it Xp <3

hi bby!! c: weeeell honestly i don't think i'm the best person to ask because i just started getting more reads with SNMT (you should ask @arrowheads too, she has tons) but here's the best general advice i can give:
            
            1. update regularly!!
            2. be mindful of grammar! this is SO important, lots of readers give up on books just bc the grammar sucks
            3. keep things relatable. this is honestly the best advice i've ever been given; perfect characters are fun to read about, but they're not realistic. flaws don't hurt; they add dimension to your characters :---)
            4. just be patient: it took me ages to get reads at first! there's just so much content on wp that readers don't always see your stuff right away.
            
            i am DEFINITELY not an expert though!! this is just some stuff that i try to follow as well, but i really hope it helps <3
