I just got out from an Physical Rehabilitation center.  On September 12 I slipped and ruptured a ligament in my knee, completely pushed my knee cap out of placed, and caused my foot to hang and if it wasn't for the medication I am on I would be suffering from intense nerve pain. I will try to add my stories next week.

FYI the internet at the center sucked ass, and I was busy doing physical therapy which is the reason why I haven't post anything since the accident, but I will try to next week
