Hey guys! I'm working on the next chapter of The Fling ! I also spent the weekend visiting family, and I didn't have as much time to write as I was hoping. I'll be back next week to take The Fling off the backburner - we'll see if I can fit in any other updates while I'm at it!
Was In His Bed shadow banned?
I was wondering because several writers I like were shadow banned. One writer said no one contacted her about it, she had to figure out on her own that she was shadow banned. I saw your post where it was being reviewed. I didn't know if you had heard anything yet.
Sooooo Wattpad updated their Content Guidelines and now IHB is under review - I'm waiting for them to tell me if it passes inspection or if I need to change something to stay within the new guidelines, but they're taking their sweet time getting back to me
Every so often I'll see someone on social media hating on agegap romances and think to myself, "Why do you hate fun?"
D*mmit. I got c*vid this week and spend most of it in a brain fog BUT it's finally clearing so I'm going to see if I can try to get an update out tomorrow!
Life Update: So, my job has one week out of the year that I affectionately call, “Hell Week” - and it was *this* week.
Good news is that I don’t have to worry about it until next April.
Bad news is that it didn’t leave me with much time or energy for anything else.
So, I’m taking a break and I will be back next Sunday - have a lovely week!

So, in *fun* behind-the-scenes news, IHB is currently under review after being flagged for potential violations of the Content Guidelines. They haven’t said exactly what it was flagged for, but I’m reasonably sure it was Age of Consent. Hopefully this will get resolved soon, considering that I have gone out of my way with IHB to ensure that:
1. Jason and Hailey had not had any significant interactions (either platonic or sexual) before she was 18.
2. Hailey was the one to instigate their relationship and was not coerced into being with Jason.
Until this review is concluded, IHB isn’t eligible to be ranked in any of its tags, so if you were considering a reread or thinking of recommending IHB to a friend, it would be mightily appreciated right now!
@koolerthanyouuu I hope not - it's the result of recent changes in Wattpad's guidelines, so hopefully if there is an issue that needs to be rectified, I'll get a chance to edit before anything drastic happens.

Before I get a deluge of "ROBBED!" comments for this week's update, let me tell you: I don't like posting back-to-back smut chapters - I like to give readers breathing room to appreciate the spice that I do write.
Plus, I try to avoid repetition and only spend time on the sex scenes that are plot significant or feature new and novel action.
