If you're going through stuff,  do you want to put others through that PAIN?!
Listen, for them and for you. Speak up,  for what you know is right. 
Stop all this unnecessary destruction.

I've experienced many things, such as depression, panic attacks, self-harm, bullying, and other such things that are, unfortunately, spreading through today's society.
