MY FROZEN 2 REWRITE:
okay so frozen 2 was fun but actually made no sense at all.
BUT WOULDNT IT BE BETTER IF
- elsa was absolutely trash at soothing fights within the kingdom, and anna always had to step in and smooth it over
- the voice calling to elsa was a voice AND reflection, bc of the motif of self image and ice being a reflective surface. so she sees this mysterious silhouette in the reflection of her ice, in the mirror, in the light hitting the portraits of her family
- elsa follows the reflection bc she's stressed about being a bad ruler and bc she accidentally snaps at anna for always stepping in
- elsa abandons searching for the reflection because she hears her sister cry out for help
- the only way to reach the reflection is to bring anna with her because...
- anna was the fifth spirit bc she has always represented love, forgiveness, and reconciliation
- elsa's powers were given to her to protect the fifth spirit (aka anna) which is the reason why she lived in so much fear of hurting her sister. (bc tbh she didnt care much abt hurting other ppl)
- the reflection was their mother reminding elsa of her role in protecting anna, but also of exploring on her own
- also the reflection place has hundreds of their female ancestors, sisters and mothers, who have protected arendell and the northuldra for generations

how do u keep track of/remember your characters' personalities and lives? bc my method is NOT working anymore and y'all always seem to pull it off

i have a folder in my notes for the book and each character has their own section! i write down their form and little things that i think of when it comes to their character and i talk to the person who made the oc and try to get more info about them and i write it down!!
