@jmcdonagh2 oh you wrote "make tree vines" so I thought isn't that basically ibara's quirk. but if he is controlling plants and their parts that it can work. Just keep in mind that tree and plant are two different things and he can't increase or decrease their properties only control them. oh now that I said it this doesn't sound that powerful you can remove the drawback in that case i think.
