this might be a controversial take but i just want to talk about all these rapunzel casting rumors
as a poc woman i have no problem with them casting poc women as rapunzel BUT this was my fav movie growing up and her having blond hair was literally crucial to the story and it irritates me when ppl say it doesn’t matter if her hair is blond it just has to be magical. excuse me??? the whole pivotal point in the movie when flynn cuts her hair is that it darkens. at this point idgaf who they cast just give her light hair please (:

i understand a lot of people love the story and i don’t plan on discontinuing but i’m still in highschool and i have to focus on that
