It doesn't matter if you're a poc or not it's important to share our stories and spread the message across the world. I have seen way too many people on this platform quiet about fight that we are still going through to end the  treatment that we endure. 

Speak up or shut up! 

Stop invalidating our struggles, stop diluting our struggles and stop ignoring our struggles.
