Just a PSA: I'm okay. I don't really know where the stuff I write comes from. I guess it's my opinion on what depression really is. I swear to you that I'm okay and I apologize if my writing makes you sad, upset or unhappy. That's not the point. It's to get my word out there and maybe bring awareness to depression or bring people together. Not to make you sad.
