When you click on the book you want to write and there is the page where you can see all the chapters, views and stuff, there should be a plus sign (like this: +) in the right corner.

Do you think that maybe we have adventures while we are sleeping but we forget about them when we are not ‘sleeping’. So every time you go back to ‘sleep’ you remember your adventures but you forget every other time.
