          it certainly has been a while. 
          
          i hope you all have been okay.. i’ve been… better but still kicking. lurking here and there, despite not checking in since dec of last year. my bad. life has been absolutely insane and i’ve lost time to even think honestly. 
          
          i miss you guys, i miss writing. i miss being in these worlds. i see new people reading and commenting everyday and that makes me so happy. i’m glad you guys are still enjoying my stories after all this time. i had started writing again at one point but just like last time, it felt forced. i can’t write in that state of mind. please forgive me, cause i wish i could give you guys an update of some sort.
          
          at any rate, please take care of yourselves. you’re important and people love you.

          how are we? i am.. well. things are very different but for right this very moment, i am okay. i still have hard days and here recently, there’s been some good days sprinkled in between. i hope you’re having more good days than bad. i hope you’re taking care of yourself, in all ways. 
          
          i miss you guys terribly. i miss writing. i miss having time to write. i barely have time to think anymore. i hope one day, i can pick up where i left off. it’s never left my mind. i constantly miss my characters. it makes me very nostalgic to think about.

hi everyone.. 
          
          i just wanted to pop on and give an update about the current status of my stories. eastside.. i’ve been working on here and there. it probably won’t be updated for a while, if ever honestly at this point. it’ll always hold a special place in my heart and i’m glad so many of you seem to enjoy it. maybe one day, there’ll be an update. ya never know i guess.
          
          and with MV.. i’ve gotten some things written for the next chapter and i’m not too happy with how it’s coming along, so i plan to scrap it and start over. not the entire story, just this chapter i’m working on. 
          
          it’s just that i’ve been struggling to put my mind in the story, if that makes sense. this pandemic and everything going on has stolen my focus and i’ve recently started a new job.. so it’s been hard to find time to do things for myself. and if i find time, it’s usually to do chores or whatever else that needs to be done first and by the end of the day, i’m just so tired that i usually fall asleep with my phone in my hand. 
          
          BUT! MV will continue! it’s not going anywhere. even when i’m not intentionally thinking of the story, i’m still thinking of it. i get inspiration for it daily. i’m reminded of it daily. i just struggle to find the time to write. to put pen to paper.. or fingers to screen? 
          
          anyway. i hope you all are taking care of yourselves. please be safe. wear a mask. do what’s asked of you so that this whole thing can end and we can have some sense of normalcy again. maybe not the same normalcy as before since that wasn’t working either..
