Hello, my name is Claire . Like most of you out there, I enjoy writing and delving into fantasy land on quite a regular basis. Too regular, probably, to anyone who knows me!  But, oh well . . . I love it. So why not?

I have many stories to upload.  Most are unfinished, so I will be completing them chapter by chapter as I go along. So bear with me! Comments and votes would be perfect to give me that encouragement. And we all know how good that little pat on the back feels. You be good to me and i'll be sure to return the favour.

I am uploading my first book, The Fall Of Essence, which I published in 2011. It is available in paperback and ebook from all those bookstores online, (Authorhouse, waterstones, whsmith, barnes&noble, amazon etc . .) But why would you want to buy it from those places when you can read it here, for free?-- And a better edited version, too.

The Fall Of Essence follows the story of Anna & Lyndon. (synopsis at beginning of the story) It is the first in my TFOE series (3 books) The second is Waking Shadows, which is already up (the reason being, so my friends who read The Fall Of Essence  could read Waking Shadows as quickly as they were nagging me to finish it. Boy, do I understand the word Pressure!!

I am currently writing the third. Yes, with all the  'Hurry up and finish it' and 'Oh my god, what happens-- no no, don't tell me!'  Remember, the best things come to those who wait . . . patiently!!

So, if you feel upto taking on my series, please bear with the long chapters. (they didn't seem that long in paperback)
Isn't it great that this Wattpad thing has an automatic built in bookmark? I do love a paperback. You cannot beat the feel of a good book in your hand. . . but it beats losing your place when you drop the bookmark from your page. -- Or when your son runs off with your book and thinks it's funny to place it somewhere else (the little rascal!) Love him really.
