Hello to readers!!
This is no promotion yet, just information, only for those who still like to read something from me.
So I am kind of co-writing with @wangxiansaga, definitely she is talented and has her own mind of thinking..I am just there as proofread and sometimes my pen just pours out more than necessary. I am grateful she never minds that and that allows me to feel lighter sometimes.
If you can, please do check out her stories...not for me please, She deserves her own identity.
Little sister, I am proud of you. Do continue and i will definitely help you as much I can.
Meanwhile I am really curious... does anyone still look for me? I never received any letter when I was active nor now like other good writers..I know there are few of you still reply my last text.....still this heart wonders...sometimes!!!!!
take care sweethearts and know, you are always precious...... to me.

@codeitred dear author, as a silent reader, most of the times I just prefer to let the author be as they are. Though I really miss your writings, still I respect your decision. But if you ever decide to come back with your own story, we will be waiting for you. And thanks for letting us know about @wangxiansaga.❤️ {Though it’s kinda personal request, if you ever come back, please pick up the "Mafia Lord Xiao". I am dying to read it. I hope you won't mind.}

Like most people, I used to like Yizhan, then I found a zhanyii story and fell in love with it. Then I searched for more stories and realized that there aren't many of them, you'll rarely find a good one. But ever since I started reading Zhanyi I haven't liked Yizhan at all. And yes, you're right, people tend to lean a little more towards Zhan I don't know, people have a bit more of a problem with UB. But since you raised this point, I agree with you.

PART 5:
Now when it comes to Zhanyi or XianWang spaces…
There are fewer writers. Already less visibility. Much quieter engagement.
Many readers don't even know Zhanyi exist.
And the stories? Often slower, more layered, more introspective.
Which also means—less noise.
And another quiet truth—
Many authors who gain strong engagement in Zhanyi spaces often have (or had) Yizhan stories as well AND some though use Zhanyi in tag, if you read they give a similar Yizhan vibe, leading Yibo, dependent Zhan. That existing audience, that familiarity—it carries forward.
There are very few who write only Zhanyi and still sustain visibility on their own. I really kudos them. But most of them had left or were currently inactive so there also algorithm drops for this genre.
So again, it circles back to the same thing—
Visibility is not always just about writing.
Sometimes, it’s about where you’re already seen.
And here’s where I stand now—
I’ve seen writers like me.
Talented. Honest. Writing beautifully.
And still… unseen.
So let me say something that might hurt a little, but also set you free—
Even if people tell you “your story is amazing”…
it still might not give you what you’re hoping for.
Not the numbers. Not the recognition. Not the validation.
Because writing doesn’t always return what we invest in it.
And yet…
You won’t be able to leave it either.
It stays. It pulls. It waits.
So maybe the only way to survive this space is to change how you hold your own work.
Post like it’s a personal journal.
Write like no one is watching.
Assume your story exists quietly in a corner no one knows about.
It’s hard. I know.
Because we pour hours, emotions, pieces of ourselves into something that can be read in two minutes and forgotten in one.
But I’m trying this now.
Not to stop caring…
but to stop depending.
And maybe, if you’re on the edge of giving up—
don’t quit because you feel unseen.
Just… step back.
Change the way you stand in your own story.
And write anyway.

@SpringWrts hey dear, Good to know my words uplift you. All I can suggest is, detach your emotion before you post. Still you havn't shared your story..it is yours, only yours, there never a complication nor any exception just something very close to your heart. The control is yours and the output too. But the moment you shared or post the story now it open for all and as author we have to share the space of the story with the readers too...I am learning too, trying too..once shared the control just isn't your, that is shared and so we must detangle those ties before we post. I don't know wheather you will be agreeing or not. it just my own thoughts.

PART 4, As I said read with caution!!!!
4. Fandom reality (personal, not universal)
I’ll say this carefully.
Fandoms depend on a real-time fan base...2019 was golden era for Yizhan, at current days fan exist but how deeply they are connected to the characters, the actors and the idea of these two actors being together varies.
But here is a truth...In Yizhan spaces, there’s still a very fixed dynamic—Top Yibo, Bottom Zhan. Fans feel comfortable to connect to it this way.
Zhan often wrote softer, maybe if possible then a feminine or maybe naive and no matter how the character introduced (CEO/Agent/Mafia), the story ended up with an emotionally dependent Zhan enduring all kind of shits from Yibo and it ended up with Yibo having mental traumas or a reason which never felt logical but all yibo's manipulations, and trashes will look like great devotion of love and with 2-3 chapter we will have a beautiful happy ending story with a loving husband and an obedient wife. From surname change to moving from own home, taking care of in-laws, pregnancy is must(and here Yibo had the say how many babies)
And those stories thrive because they align with what readers are already used to and actively seek. They fell in the same mainstream story not only we read but in real life relate. How many readers or authors have ever met a gay couple or have heard about their lifestyle??? So our experience and our surrounding is boy-girl dynamics and that dynamics makes the connection deeper.
So..They’re engaging. They deliver familiar satisfaction.
But something I’ve noticed recently—
And so even when stories are labeled differently (like LSFY), many still carry the same underlying dynamic. The surface may shift for a scene or two, but the emotional structure often stays familiar—Zhan leaning, Yibo leading.
And this isn’t about calling anyone out. It’s just… a pattern.
Because readers gravitate toward what feels known.
So what about zhanyi???????/...PART 5 is on the way

Ready for PART 3
3. Reader reality
Most readers are silent.
They come here to escape, to feel, to exist in a world that asks nothing from them.
They read, they absorb, and they leave quietly.
And as writers, we forget this.
We think no comments = no impact.
But sometimes, silence just means… they stayed.
Though even so the case, I do agree readers comments based on their preference and sometimes authors like us are just not so lucky to have that privilege .
.
.
.
Part 4 will be most controversial one!!!

PART 2:
If Part 1 was about the Platform, now we have the next element
2. Story reality
This is not criticism. Just observation.
Viral tropes dominate ----Forced marriages. Power imbalance. Possessiveness. Even violence, disrespect, abuse and most importantly, manipulation—often showcase a way of Love, they have been presented in a soft tone to be looked romantic.
And I get it. I’m a reader too.
These stories provoke. They make you react. They make your blood rush. They make you comment, argue, feel loudly....Remember the wince of pain is always higher than any feel of peace or soft happiness.
And Wattpad rewards loud engagement.
And so stories that are quieter! Softer! More introspective!
They don’t provoke noise. They create stillness.
And stillness… doesn’t trend.
So if your story feels “ignored,” maybe it’s not weak.
Maybe it just doesn’t scream.
.
.
.
still reading then wait for part 3

The post is going to be long, so I am writing in parts.
This post addresses the new authors and those who are still trying to get a base.....
Opinions are my personal, so I don't claim them to be universal....
PART 1:
I didn’t just leave in December 2025…
I stepped back and watched.
Not as a writer. Not as someone chasing updates or numbers.
Just… quietly observing.
And maybe this note is for the writers who are standing where I once stood—confused, tired, questioning if it’s even worth it.
So let me say a few things. Not as advice. Just as truth, from one writer to another.
1. Platform reality
Wattpad doesn’t really “discover” you.
It recycles what already works. Stories that are already read, already saved, already circulating—those keep getting pushed. New stories? New authors? They exist… but mostly in corners.
Tags don’t help much. Search barely helps.
So if you’re feeling invisible, it’s not always because your story lacks something.
Sometimes… it’s just the system.
And yes—promotion outside Wattpad can bring some traffic. Platforms like Instagram or YouTube might give your story a push, a few new eyes, a little movement.
But that path asks for something too.
Time. Consistency. Patience.
And even there, algorithms work the same way—favoring what already performs, what already engages. There is no guaranteed return.
So if you choose that route, go in knowing—
it’s another journey, not a shortcut.
.
.
.
Wait for part 2
codeitred
Watched *Chiraiya*… and I haven’t been able to sit with myself the same way since. I know I’m a very small profile with a very limited cohort, but I still like to share what stays with me.
There’s a difference between imagination and normalization… and somewhere, we’ve started blurring that line.
Yes—stories are fiction.
Yes—readers choose what they consume.
But can we pause for a second and ask—
*what are we slowly teaching ourselves to accept?*
When force is written as passion,
when silence is mistaken for consent,
when pain is romanticized as love—
it stops being “just a story.”
Because out there, beyond our screens,
there are people living this.
Not as fiction. Not as a trope.
But as something they were told is *normal.*
And that’s the part that unsettles me the most—
not the writing, not the reading…
but the quiet conditioning.
I wish no one ever has to question their own pain like that.
Yet so many do.
Maybe… just maybe,
we owe it to them—and to ourselves—
to reflect a little more before we romanticize what should never be softened. Out there, people are fighting. If we can't be a supporter, let's not be the crime partner at least.
Just hearing this particular sound was enough for me to get unsettled and it is also somehow explain why I can not keep up with mainstream story lines.....

@codeitred very true they say it's just fiction no need to take it seriously, but in reality, these stories show the mentality of the writer.... and people do get affected by it. If not, then there couldn't be so many people going crazy about the novel or film.... in reality, these fictions does affect the human mentality to some extent....
