"Ah-! Declan!" Though a bit startled (and admittedly a tiny bit annoyed at first), he couldn't help but to give a slight chuckle and a soft sigh just seconds later, as he found the humor in it. Halloween was one of his favorite --- if not his very favorite --- holidays, but he was usually the one to do the scaring around here. "Don't do that, I almost dropped the pictures!"
@geniusminded boy wonder might be onto something here . there's a shift in the m.o. , the third victim had traces of liquid nitrogen on their skin . but all the other victims no liquid nitrogen was found . * he spoke more to himself , then to spencer . his fingers tapped along the table , as he drifted into a thought process in his mind . * nine , he muttered out quietly , subconsciously counting nine of his fingers .

His smile softened a little when the topic shifted onto the case, shaking his head a little bit. "Not yet, I'm just trying to organize the images by each day to make sure we're not missing anything. It's actually more efficient to do it this way than to shift through the pictures while I'm sticking them to the board, 'cause shifting through each picture to try and keep it in chronological order will only take more time. Doing it in advance just speeds the process up... At least I think it does."

@yungmorgans we had a case about two weeks ago , and the unsub was targeting teens from thirteen to seventeen . i won't get gory , but one thing lead to the next me , jj , and emily had the unsub boxed in when he shot me in the arm . which lead jj to shoot the guy in the head , luckily we saved three teens that day .
