i will never understand how i was capable of getting one or more chapters out a week with Golden Liar and now i struggle with one every few months :/ i think i just hold myself to a high standard these days to the point where writing is unenjoyable for me ngl

@0ldmoney23 i've got half written chapters for all of my books that i can't bring myself to finish because my motivation has disappeared :// oh and same like this problem could probably easily be solved if i just focused on one fic ngl... but making new ones is just too fun (i am my own worst enemy)

knowing you can be so good at something and then feeling as though all your work isn’t up to standard is a universal feeling, i think (i hope, honestly at this point) i felt exactly this way with art and it sucks :( i hope you can find the joy in writing again

@cqntralperk i know it's such a struggle:(( my motivation is jumping up and down and so are my ideas, and i really have to force myself to write. but at the same time it's my fault as well for creating multiple ocs and fics so now i can't focus on all of them :')

there is just something so paternal in tommy shelby that i have not found in any other character and therefore, unfortunately for you all, i will keep writing these shelby sister fics where he is essentially a father figure, rather than go to therapy! sorry!
