@cvpidlve / Why did my brain make up her having a son I'm so sorry- shshdh Roger scooped his little girl up into his arms, Khiara whining but focusing too heavily on the beautiful necklace that she was momentarily given. She giggled and showed her father, the man having a nervous smile on his face. "She doesn't...get much interaction since I work a lot," he explained in a gentle voice. "Baba, y'ook (look)," she giggled, showing her father again. She was slightly delayed in speech but could still speak coherently. Bwetty (pretty)," she cooed. Roger sat down on the ground so Khiara could also sit but also so he didn't invade Penelope and her daughter's space. "How long you ladies been out here?" Roger asked with a polite smile, hoping not to come off as a random weirdo trying to speak to her.

A tiny girl with little tufts of curly hair, soft brown skin and gorgeous dark brown eyes waddled over in a very sweet and awkward manner, but crawled onto the bench that Penelope was residing on and waved at Penelope and her own son. She cooed and gently reached for a necklace that Penelope was wearing. She was so curious. She had never been around a woman besides her grandma since she was a 6 month old.
"Kiki! Oh my god- where did- no that's not yours-" Roger anxiously rushed over, carefully grabbing the girl but she whined and refused to let go of Penelope. "Pumpkin, don't bother the nice lady," he gently urged but was relieved that she wasn't being disruptive or mean. "I am...so sorry-"

[ @hvymtlgns ] ; LMAO not her giving boy mum vibes <//3 “ aw really when you have a day off you guys should come to this park , most of the parents and kids here are lovely she’ll have plenty of people to talk to ” penny said with a grin because it was always in her nature to be talkative even if it was a complete stranger. “ it is pretty isn’t it ? ” she chuckled leaning forward and placing the necklace on the little girl , it was far too big for her but cute nonetheless. she always had a habit of talking to kids as if they were grown, she did it with her daughter too, she just wasn’t big on baby talk finding it too taxing. “ you sure you want to sit there , there’s plenty of space on the bench you know i promise I’m nice ” she said amused raising an eyebrow. “ oh only about ten minutes we just got here, i’m penny by the way and this is my daughter abigail ” she said the young girl waving shyly hiding behind her slightly “hi i’m abby ” she mumbled although you could tell from her eyes she desperately wanted to talk to the new people.

[ @hvymtlgns ] penelope had been absentmindedly playing with her young daughter , trying to convince her to go and play with the other kids but given her shy nature she was too scared to go and ask them if she could join in. “ do you want me to go and ask them for you abby ? ” she asked amused because around her the girl was the loudest most energetic child. she was then distracted by a very sweet young child waving and she waved back chuckling as she reached for her necklace. “ oh no don’t even worry about it , she’s just curious ” she said waving it off with a grin unclasping her necklace for the young girl to see “ it’s pretty isn’t it ? you can hold it for me ” she smiled holding it out to the young girl who seemed to be fascinated by the shiny necklace. “ mommy do you know them ? ” her daughter whispered in her ear as she tried to figure out what was going on her eyes studying the two her brows furrowed in concentration.
